Having trouble cutting your dog's nails? Fret not!
Our Paw Care Trio includes 3 head attachments to enable you to do basic grooming for your furkid easily and conveniently.
Use the nail grinder head for safe and quick filing of their nails, along with the paw pad clipper to trim away those outgrown fur that is covering your dog's paw pads to ensure it is kept neat & tidy!
For pawrents who want to maintain maximum cleanliness and prevent poo stains on their pet's fur, use the trimming clipper for simple trimming around the sanitary areas of your dog! Leave no more residue on their fur after their pee & poo sessions!
We do our utmost to thoroughly check all items from Shiba are before delivery, but in the event that an incorrect or defective item has been sent to you, we will provide a refund under the following conditions:
You must email us at info@shiba.sg within 3 calendar days of receiving your order with the order number and picture(s) of the item
You must return the item to us using a traceable mode of delivery within 7 calendar days. Keep your invoice for return shipping refund. We are not responsible for any lost mail
The item must be returned unused and undamaged with the original packaging and tag intact
Upon receiving your returned item, we will check the item and process the refund with the return shipping fee via the same payment mode you used to purchase the item within 14 working days. Do note that if we find that a product has been intentionally damaged or tampered with by the customer, refunds will not be offered.
As returns are not allowed otherwise, please check your order (e.g. type, size, colour, quantity) before checking out.
For local orders, a delivery fee of S$3.90 applies. A free Shiba bandana will be given for orders above S$60 (while stocks last). Please leave a comment in the message box letting us know the size required.

We dispatch all in-stock items within 3 working days after order confirmation (unless stated otherwise). You can expect delivery within 1-3 working days after order is dispatched. However, during festive periods, it may take 4-5 working days.
